Educating and creating maintainable healthy habits and fitness levels. Our training methods are diverse and always specific to adapt to each client during every session. Exercise progression is essential to client development and the reduction of injury. Our first priority at Torch Fitness is always client safety. Proper nutrition is 80% of the reason why people don’t get the results they are seeking. This can be stressful and very discouraging. As a certified fitness nutrition coach, I will be able to advise you on how to properly fuel your body. Teaching you how to shop, eat and prepare foods that will continue to satisfy your cravings and fuel your body for great results.

           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Providing specialized fitness programs to build on the development of your fitness level. Applying 

 

proper exercise progressions to maximize each training session. Increasing flexibility, improving 

 

muscle endurance and cardio conditioning will be our main focus in addition to your specific body 

 

transformation and fitness goals.

           GROUP TRAINING

 

Combining the aspects of 1-on-1 Personal Training into small groups no larger than four individuals. 

 

This training method provides additional peer support and time slot convenience with the added

 

benefit to share in the cost of each session. Making this option the most convenient and cost 

 

efficient.

           SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

 

The competitive edge is vital for those fighting to showcase their talents. As a former two sport 

 

athlete in high school and college I understand the importance of off season training and in season 

 

injury prevention and conditioning. I can teach you or your young athlete about dynamic movement, 

 

explosive power, core stability and much more to gain the edge on the competition. I specialize in 

 

most sports but the fundamentals of Torch Fitness Sports Performance training is equivalent for all.

           NUTRITIONAL PLAN CONSULATATION 
 

As I certified Fitness Nutrition coach, I am able to provide you with extensive insight on proper 

 

nutrition that can help you obtain your fitness goals. Consultations with clients about their past 

 

pitfalls and experiences with diet plans can help by making small changes into long term healthy 

 

habits. Meal planning, grocery shopping and supplementation advice are just some of the nutritional 

 

services provided by Torch Fitness.

           BOOT CAMP & BOOT CAMP LITE 
 

This is just another method of training Torch Fitness provides in order to reach those of all fitness 

 

levels and backgrounds. Short explosive interval training, with multiple stations, peer support and 

 

exercise modification to ensure all of our clients are able to maximize each session at their own 

 

pace. Your intensity level will be the critical in what you accomplish at our boot camps, but we 

 

also understand every one progresses at a different rate. That is why we offer our Boot Camp Lite 

 

sessions, for those that need a little more time to develop their skills and conditioning with a less 

 

strenuous workout routine.
